How long does the SIS rollout take?
A faculty-scale rollout typically goes live in 8 to 12 weeks. Multi-faculty universities are scoped per phase: SIS core first, then enrollment, then exams and tuition. We confirm a fixed milestone plan before any code is written.
Can we migrate from our existing system or Excel sheets?
Yes. We migrate from legacy SIS databases, MS Access, CSV/XLSX dumps and bespoke PHP systems. Migrations run on a staging environment first and a restore-tested backup is taken before cutover.
Does it support online exams and grading?
Yes. We support exam timetables, in-person and online exams, multiple-choice and open questions, automatic and manual grading, retake workflows, plagiarism flags and signed grade sheets per program.
How are tuition and fees handled?
Tuition plans by program, installment scheduling, discounts and scholarships, online and bank payments, receipts, reminders and accounting export. Fiscalization is supported where required.
What about the mobile app for students?
A Flutter app for iOS and Android gives students their schedule, grades, attendance, tuition balance, exam registrations, messages and document requests. Push notifications and offline-tolerant reading.
Can we host on-premise inside the university?
