How long does HIS implementation typically take?
A typical clinic deployment goes live in 6–10 weeks. Multi-site hospital groups are scoped per phase with parallel modules. We start with a discovery workshop, define a fixed milestone plan and confirm dates before any code is written.
Can existing data be migrated from our current system?
Yes. We support data migration from CSV/Excel exports, legacy SQL databases and DICOM PACS systems. Migration scripts run on a staging environment first, are reviewed with your team, and a full restore-tested backup is taken before cutover.
Is the system compliant with Albanian fiscalization?
Yes. Fiscalization is native, with provider selection, certificate management, corrective invoices, queued retries and full audit trails. We also support cash/POS terminals and integration with accounting systems.
Where is patient data hosted? Can we host it ourselves?
You choose: SaaS managed by us in EU regions, private cloud on your infrastructure, fully on-premise inside the hospital, or hybrid. Sensitive data never leaves the deployment you select.
Does it support DICOM imaging and PACS integration?
Yes. We integrate with Orthanc or your existing PACS over DICOM, embed an OHIF/equivalent viewer and link studies to patient records. Radiology workflows are first-class — orders, modality worklist, reports and signed documents.
How is the system priced?
