Do you integrate with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads?
Yes. We pull leads from Meta Lead Ads in near real time, map every form field, attach ad set, campaign and creative metadata, and assign the lead to the right pipeline and owner automatically. No CSV uploads.
Can you integrate VICIdial or another call center?
Yes. VICIdial is supported out of the box - click-to-call, call dispositions, recordings linked to the lead, queue routing and agent KPIs. Other dialers (3CX, Asterisk, cloud providers) are supported via API.
How do you handle source attribution and UTMs?
Every lead carries utm_source, medium, campaign, term, content, gclid and fbclid where present. The CRM reports on revenue and conversion by source, campaign and channel - end to end.
What automation is built in?
Trigger-based rules (when X happens, do Y): lead scoring, auto-assignment, follow-up tasks, email/SMS/WhatsApp templates, stale-lead reminders and pipeline stage SLAs. Workflows are visual and editable by non-developers.
